Cancellation and refund
A fair process based on the agreed work.
Account Fintax does not currently sell an instant online subscription or take payment through this public website. Service fees and cancellation terms should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Before work begins
A client may request cancellation before work begins. Any refund of an advance should follow the accepted proposal, invoice or written confirmation and account for charges that were clearly agreed and lawfully incurred.
After work begins
If work has started, Account Fintax may charge for work completed, time committed and non-recoverable third-party or government costs, subject to the accepted terms and applicable law. The client should receive an explanation of the calculation.
Filing deadlines and missing information
Work may need to pause when required records, clarification or approval are not provided on time. A cancellation or missed filing caused by late or incomplete client information should be handled according to the written scope and documented timeline.
Completed or submitted work
A refund may not be appropriate for work already completed, a return already submitted with approval, or government and third-party fees that cannot be recovered. This does not remove any remedy available under applicable law where a service was not supplied as agreed.
How to request cancellation
Email support@accountfintax.in with the client or business name, service, relevant period, invoice reference and reason for the request. Do not include passwords, OTPs or unnecessary sensitive records.
Review and timing
Account Fintax should acknowledge the request, check the accepted terms and work completed, and communicate the outcome and any approved refund method. A fixed response and refund timeframe must be confirmed before publication.
