A safer way to share financial records
Reduce unnecessary exposure by using least access, clean file names and controlled sharing.
Share the minimum necessary
Start with an index or redacted sample. Provide additional records only when the purpose and recipient are confirmed.
Never include credentials
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys or access tokens in a document pack or ordinary message.
Use clear access boundaries
Prefer view-only access when editing is not required. Set an expiry where available and remove access when the work is complete.
Keep a sharing record
Record what was shared, with whom, for what purpose and when access should end. If a file was replaced, identify the current version.
